After he received support from a mentor, Craig Urquhart wants more young people to find someone they trust, to offer them guidance.
The 24-year-old from Conon Bridge in the Scottish Highlands believes that having someone to talk to helped him achieve his potential.
‘Regardless of age, everyone should have a mentor,’ explains Craig.
‘If I hadn’t been mentored, I don’t know if I’d have had the confidence to progress in the way that I have in life.
‘It ended up being really beneficial and I learned self-confidence.
‘It’s all about being understood by somebody who is non-judgemental.’
With Fixers, Craig has helped create a poster to highlight that everyone can use a little help.
A photo of four young people jumping in unison is accompanied by the question, ‘who doesn’t need a little guidance once in a while?’

Craig wants the posters to be displayed in schools.
He adds: ‘The finished product is amazing.
‘There are young people at school who need this. Children from tougher backgrounds are often recommended for this, as it is good guidance.
‘I hope the poster catches people’s eye and makes them realise that mentoring can be beneficial for everyone.’
