Wanting to spread happiness through the power of dance, Antonia DiCarlo has taken her upbeat campaign to the streets of Scotland.
The 26-year-old* is showcasing her belief that dance should be for everybody, regardless of their level of experience.
'I want to inspire people,' explains Antonia.
'Dance can bring joy and it's what I love to do.
'One of my dreams is to open a studio in Inverness where people from all over can come to train and smile together.
'Everyone should dance every day.
'It's great for our souls and socialising with others is such a beautiful feeling.'
Antonia, from Nairnshire in the Scottish Highlands, organised a flashmob with Fixers which was later made into a music video.
In addition to the footage from the event that took place in Inverness, the film also shows home videos featuring dances from those who couldn't make it on the day.
'It was totally incredible. Everyone was full of beans which created an amazing energy within our group. Hopefully it bounced off into the awesome crowd!
'Support is really important and I absolutely loved the children that turned up on the day to join in.'
The music video will be used to encourage dance as an activity around Scotland and will be shared on social media.
Speaking about the event, Antonia says: 'It was great and I would do it all over again.
'I was so happy seeing everyone smiling and I'm so proud of everyone involved.
'I can't imagine a world without dance and I intend on bringing even more of it to the beautiful North.'
