Campaign: | To show people with special educational needs that they can succeed |
I have dyslexia and dyspraxic tendencies, which meant school was often a struggle. I couldn’t do things that other children found easy.
I find coordinating my body very hard and also reading, writing and spelling difficult.
One thing that helped me gain confidence was my love for karate and performing. I’m now a black belt in the discipline and also teach dance to young people.
With Fixers, I want to show others with special educational needs that they can achieve great things.
I’m proof that if you’ve got the will power to keep going, you can do anything you want.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Azaelia Slade | Cara Byrne |
Corinne Stollery | Ellie Ford |
Jade Elsden | Leigh Blakey |
