Campaign: | To show that having a disability doesn't mean you are incapable |
Living with cerebral palsy, people sometimes make assumptions about what I can and can’t do.
It’s hurtful and can sometimes feel like they’re looking down on me and not treating me equally.
With Fixers, my team and I want to get across the message that just because someone has a disability, it doesn’t mean they’re incapable.
We have dreams and ambitions just like everyone else – we should be given the chance to try to achieve them.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with my Fix:
Caolan Connor
Curtis McIlwaine-Johnston
Jack Williams
Jamie Smith
Mitchell Knox
Stefan Clarke
My fellow Fixers and I are students at Castle Tower School, whose staff support our Fixers campaign.
