Campaign: To raise awareness about mental health using music

I have a passion for music and entertaining, and have been singing for four years.

 

I am also a young carer and look after my parents and my disabled sister.

 

For my Fix, I decided I wanted to show those with mental health issues that they aren’t alone and that there is light at the end of the tunnel.  

 

This campaign also gives me an opportunity to reach out to other carers like myself and let them know that there is support around when they need it.

 

I have written a song as part of my project to shed light on this topic and hope that it will raise awareness about those who care for or live with mental health issues.
