My friend Aston James Harrison and I co-founded a group called the Penny Drop Theatre.
Together we want to raise awareness about mental health and well-being, and encourage people to feel upbeat and happy.
As people, we can all be tempted sometimes to go down negative paths but keeping yourself confident and reassured can make a positive difference in your life.
With the help of Fixers, we created a flyer and a poster to advertise our self-esteem workshops and encourage people to come along.
We want to spread the message that it is important to feel confident in yourself and know that you can be great!
