Campaign: | To show young people the benefits of surfing |
There are many social pressures, which could negatively influence young people. That's why I felt it was important to find something that I could feel passionate about, which would keep me on the straight and narrow.
For me it was surfing. It gave me the chance to do something amazing, something which allowed me to be myself.
Not only is it a great way to keep fit, but it can boost your confidence, result in lifelong friendships, and allow you to appreciate the natural world.
With the help of Fixers, we’ve created a short documentary exploring the benefits of surfing.
I hope it will inspire more young people to take up the sport and live their dreams.
A special thank you to Hannah Marshall, who is helping me with my Fix.
Surfing instructor Nick Noble supported my Fix by providing an interview for the broadcast film.
