Campaign: | Say No To Drugs |
I started taking drugs from a very early age and became addicted to them.
I dropped out of college and that’s when I got involved with crime.
Luckily, I had music to save me. It was the open door to a new life and helped me express how I felt.
Rather than turning my back on my problems with drugs, I turned to music.
I want to stop young people from making the same mistakes I did. They don’t need drugs and this is the message I’m working with Fixers to try and get out there.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with my Fix:
Corinne Gibson
Matthew McCloskey
Max Auton
Amy Tickle
Ellie Bateman
Max Auton
Thomas Ralph
Tyler Jackson
Addiction Dependency Solutions
Drugs and alcohol programme coordinator Shughie Morrison, who works with Addiction Dependency Solutions, supported my Fix by providing an interview for my broadcast story.

After finishing my audio track with Fixers here's some of the feedback I've had:
Veronica Linda Edwards: 'Trying hard to block out the music and listen to the lyrics is truly amazing and straight to heart. So many people, who have been affected by drugs, will be grateful for this song.'
Chandos Green: 'Amazing.'
Daniel Smith: 'Nice work, bro.'

With the help of Fixers, I finished my audio track. We aim to get it on social media and raise as much awareness about the lasting harm drug addiction can leave.
