Campaign: | Encourage healthy eating |
My friends and I did not want to keep paying more and more for vegetables and fruit, so we decided to grow our own.
Despite living in a city where garden space is a premium, we came up with a solution to grow food in our homes – through the use of window boxes.
Now we’re encouraging children to do the same. Growing your own food is fun, healthy, and saves a lot of money.
A lot of people do not think they have the skills to grow their own food, and we hope our children’s book that we are creating equips children with the skills they need to grow their own food throughout their lives.
Thanks to my team helping me with this project:
