I worked at a youth centre in West London and discovered that many people there stay in their own groups and do not socialise with on another.
It is particularly tough on the disabled members, who find it very hard to talk to everyone else.
I wanted to stop this - not by being preachy, but by simply making everyone smile and get along.
It's really important that young people help each other and remain integrated. With the help of Fixers, I went around my area spreading happiness through high-fives and cupcakes, purely trying to get my community smiling together and enjoying new company.
