Anxiety has had a huge impact on my life.
It affects me every day and has stopped me going places, seeing people and having fun.
One thing that has really helped me is being creative and one day I hope to run my own art therapy business.
So I have created a work book to help other young people with anxiety.
It includes activities such as drawing, colouring, collage, writing letters and areas for self-reflection.
I want people to remember that they are not alone and that it’s ok to ask for help and support.
