When I was eight, I began suffering from compulsive behaviours, feeling the need to perform tasks in even numbers.
If I didn't, I felt that someone close to me would get hurt.
The responsibility I felt for my family became really hard to deal with, but my diagnosis helped me feel like the compulsions were normal and something that I could manage.
Now, I have made a film to help people understand that OCD is something you can overcome, and isn't something to be afraid of.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
