I have suffered with anxiety since I was thirteen-years-old.
Sometimes people do not know what to do when I or others are having an anxiety attack. So I have made a film with Fixers encouraging people to read, regard and react.
I hope these three simple words will help those who may not know what to do.
Firstly you need to read – be aware of your friend. Regard – talk to them, ask if they are ok. And finally react – support them, listen to them.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
