I have created a mental health resource with Fixers because I feel like not enough young people have the resources and knowledge available to be able to help themselves.
Sometimes professional help isn't available - you could go and see a doctor and be put on a long waiting list for services.
So I wanted to provide people with something that they would be able to use in the meantime, to help them feel better.
The pack includes activities like a word search where you look for words which would be important in a friendship, and others that help you look at how you're feeling in certain situations.
My resource is aimed at teenagers because when you're at that age a lot of problems can start.
