I was 19 when my friend died after being stabbed.
But he wasn’t the only person I know who has been affected - I know of 15 people who have been knifed.
He lost his life for no reason at all. It’s this mindless violence that I want to tackle.
I’ve heard about people getting stabbed because of an argument about a football match, over a mobile phone, or even because they stepped on someone’s trainers.
I want young people to really think about the effects knife crime can have.
That’s why the film is told through the eyes of the victim – I want people to think ‘how would I feel if that was me.’
I hope that people will think twice before carrying a knife.
