A while ago, I was threatened by someone at a party. They were calling me names and shouting at me, which really affected me.
For a while, I was even scared to walk alone at night.
That was before I discovered martial arts. Learning the discipline made me more confident in myself because I knew that if I needed to, I could defend myself.
My Fixers project is to encourage others to learn self-defence. It’s not only great for your fitness, but can also have massive advantages on mental well-being.
