I live with several mental health conditions which I have struggled with since the age of four.
Although I feel like I am able to cope better with them now, I still sometimes feel like I am ‘failing’ if I have a particularly bad day.
Due to a lack of information about mental ill health, these ups and downs used to make me feel like I hadn’t been ‘fixed’.
I want young people to understand that having bad days is perfectly normal.
It’s okay not to be okay.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
