I used to struggle with anxiety and know how hard it can be to cope when you feel overwhelmed by stress.But then I discovered colouring. It helps me to focus my mind and I find it therapeutic.It’s calming and gives me a sense of achievement when it’s completed.With Fixers, I want to show others the benefits of activities such as colouring and encourage them to think creatively about their interests and how these could help them relax.It’s my belief that we can all improve our mental health by doing things that we love.
