Campaign: | To encourage young people to do good deeds to help others |
I believe that helping others is the best way to spread happiness and make somebody’s day a little brighter.
Young people are too often stereotyped as ‘selfish’. That label is unfair – young people can be as selfless as anyone!
It’s my view that anonymous good deeds are a great way to show true generosity. Concealing your identity proves that the tasks completed aren’t for personal gain.
Why not buy someone a coffee, donate to charity or clean up a communal area? You could lead to a brighter future.
With Fixers, I’ve helped to create a leaflet full of ideas for simple good gestures. I hope it will help people figure out ways to benefit their community and make a difference.
