I was diagnosed with fibromylgia and joint hypermobility syndrome when I was 19.
The disorders can cause me severe pains in my muscles and bones, and I often need crutches to get around.
My life has changed so much, but it’s made even more difficult when people judge you for having a disability.
I can’t do the things I used to, but being treated like I’m in some way different really upsets me.
My team and I are campaigning to end the stigma associated with people who have disabilities.
We’re showing that appearances don’t automatically determine who you are as a person and want to encourage others to see everyone as an individual.
