Fixers is the only charity in the UK that gives young people aged 16 to 25 a voice, and supports them to tackle the issues that matter the most to them. To date, more than 17,000 young people have become Fixers, exploring issues ranging from domestic abuse to cyberbullying, racism, protecting the environment and healthy living.
Uniquely, how each Fixer approaches their campaign is up to them - some Fixers create films, while others produce posters, games or lesson plans. There is just one proviso- their Fix must benefit at least one other person.
While the campaign is developed, Fixers mentors young people, by building their self-esteem and encouraging them to believe in themselves to make their chosen project a success.
