Sometimes it can be nice to escape from life’s worries and do something which makes you think everything is okay with the world. For me, it’s slacklining.
A form of tightrope walking, it’s slightly different in that the line is less stable and requires a lot more concentration and balance.
It has increased my fitness, made me a lot more confident and most of all, given me a new kind of focus.
My Fixers project is to show other young people how slacklining can be a fun activity, which benefits the body and mind.
