I have suffered from depression and anxiety since I was at school.
Then in 2016 my friend was one of the people who died in the Croydon tram crash.
After this I started to suffer from depersonalisation. It felt like I was watching my life from a screen but I had no control over it.
During my recovery I discovered that talking really does help. I want other people suffering from mental health problems to know it is OK to talk.
You can talk to a friend, teacher, professional – anyone. By sharing your problems with just one person it means you are not alone.
