I was diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum when I was 18.
For the last few year I’ve been making music and painting pictures.
I love being creative. It helps me focus on one thing and stops me from stressing out.
I would like other people on the spectrum to give creativity a go and have the same experience.
All you’ve got to do to get started is pick up a pencil and paper and draw a picture. And then – anything is possible!
I would like to thank the following people for supporting me with this fix:
Mary-Anne White and Lucy Wills
Tilly and Bella
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
Shak & Natasha
