Campaign: To encourage employers to give disabled people a chance

I have a short right limb and after leaving education I found it difficult to find work. 

 

I sent off loads of applications, but most times I wouldn't get any feedback at all. I felt frustrated. I wasn't getting anywhere of having any luck. 

 

Now I work as a office administrator in a factory that employs and supports people with all sorts of disabilities in Haverfordwest.

 

We've made a film with Fixers because we want to ask employers to give us a chance and an opportunity to show what we are capable of. 

 

People with disabilities are no different to anyone else.
