I'm disabled - I have a rare lung condition and I can't walk down the road without stopping to catch my breath.
I've noticed that people tend to see the negative side of disability and concentrate on the things you can’t do - rather than what you can do.
I’ve experienced bullying, judgement and unkindness and this is quite common for people with disabilities.
With Fixers I'm challenging these perceptions to show that we have a lot to offer.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:
Hannah Cockroft MBE and Carly Jones (AKA Olly Edwards) contributed to the booklet.
Shak & Natasha
Mary-Anne White and Lucy Wills
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
