I have dyslexia. I can’t read or write at all.At school, people would say I’d never amount to anything, but I knew I was talented in other ways. One of my passions is art. It’s what I’m good at and it shows I can achieve something. Many people see dyslexia as a problem, but for me it’s been a gift.I’m working with Fixers to show that people with dyslexia are not stupid, they just look at things in a different way.
Frances Robertson from Dyslexia Action supports my project. She agreed to be interviewed to appear in my TV film.
Thank you also to Julia Brown and Ashleigh Gormanly who shared their experiences in the broadcast.
