Campaign: To encourage young people with mental health issues to speak out

I was diagnosed with depression in my late teens.


It made me feel lost and alone, but thanks to the support of my family and friends I’ve been able to get through it.


For many young people, part of the problem is they don’t feel able to talk about their emotions, which can make things worse.


With Fixers, I’m working on a campaign to encourage others living with depression to speak out.


Hopefully it will inspire them to seek help as no-one should have to suffer in silence.
