My first experience with the circus came four years ago when I started learning the diabolo.
I discovered that doing something I was passionate about was a really great way to spend my time.
Plus, performing has helped me meet new people and become more confident.
With Fixers and the rest of my team, I’m organising a National Circus and Juggling Day on Saturday 14th June at the Harlequins Rugby Grounds in Belfast.
Events are taking place in a number of locations across the UK and are open to everyone.
The public will get the chance to see live performances and even have a go at juggling during the workshops.
We hope events like this can inspire more young people to give circus a shot and see how it can teach skills for life.
