Campaign: To provide support to those who self-harm

Having been bullied in the past, I know what it’s like to feel low and alone.

I began to self-harm as a way to cope with the emotional pain I was experiencing.

Thanks to the help of my family and friends, I'm much better now, but I know people who’ve gone through similar experiences.

Hoping to help others like me find the support they need, I’ve helped to create a Fixers film which shows how speaking about your problems can actually help.

Hopefully young people will see it and understand they’re not alone.

A special thank you to Lauren Culshaw for helping for me with my Fix.

South Sefton College

Stephen Johnson helped facilitate my project and allowed us to film at the college.

I've had some really positive comments about my campaign. You can read some of these comments below:

'Poignant yet beautiful. Well done to all those involved. The world needs creative, courageous and compassionate people like you. Thank you for trying to inspire positive change in those who are suffering. This is truly admirable. God bless.'
