I came out as gay when I was 17 and I can honestly say it was terrifying.
But it was reassuring that my mum was so understanding. It made me feel normal and accepted.
My group of Fixers and I think many others our age don’t tell anyone they’re lesbian, gay, bi-sexual or transgender (LGBT) because they’re scared of the reaction they’d get.
With our campaign, we hope to show that coming out as gay doesn’t mean that you have changed as a person and shouldn’t be a reason to be treated differently or discriminated against.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with this Fix:

Karen Wilson supported our Fix by facilitating the project.
