'Coonian Fixers'

'Coonian Fixers'

Name: 'Coonian Fixers'

Location: Coonian, County Fermanagh
Campaign: Making our town more youth friendly

We are a group of young people from Coonian in County Fermanagh. Although we’re proud of where we live, we’re concerned our town doesn’t have enough things for youth to do.

 

Often we just stay at home because there aren’t many places to go and meet friends.

 

With the help of Fixers, we’re designing a billboard encouraging local decision-makers to provide more youth-friendly facilities in the town.

 

It would mean others our age could have something worthwhile to do with their spare time and it would allow them to mix with other members of the community.
