Campaign: Helping young people succeed at job interviews

Young people have talents and skills that can benefit and enhance a workforce so it’s important we know how to show employers our full potential.

 

With the help of Fixers my team and I want to create a ‘how to’ guide to help young people succeed at a job interview and therefore gain employment.

 

In this guide we’d like to include pointers on how to prepare and what to wear on the day, as well as getting across other key messages like the importance of being on time.

 

We’re planning to make a series of films to show the dos and don’ts.

 

I then hope we can share our videos on the internet so we can reach as many young people looking for work as possible.
