Campaign: To increase the number of women working in construction

I’m studying construction at college and would like to see more women considering a career in either architecture or construction.

I’m surprised at how few girls feel this is an option for them and want to find out why.

As part of my Fixers project, I will ask female college students for their views on the construction industry.

I hope my research will establish what they understand of it and why they think women are being put off.

The not-for-profit organisation is backing our campaign and working in partnership with Fixers to help support young people across the country address the issues they want to fix.
