When young drivers pass their driving test, it's such a great moment. The freedom you have thereafter is great to explore.
But with this freedom comes responsibility, and sadly many young drivers in my rural area of Cumbria do not seem to take their behaviour on the roads seriously.
I know a lot of people who pass their test and then just begin racing in the streets. They do not realise the danger they are putting themselves and others in.
Through a leaflet campaign, which contains shocking images of road accidents and stories from people affected by crashes, I hope to make young people aware that there is no need to speed.
Here is a list of Fixers helping me with my campaign:

Our local fire station is helping to distribute our leaflets through their road safety training courses.
Fixers is a project of the Public Service Broadcasting Trust, funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, and featured on ITV.
