I think images associated with eye health generally tend to focus on the debilitating effects of whatever condition is highlighted.
For my Fixers project I am working with visually impaired students by helping them to show how they view the world through photographs.
I believe it is a good way for them to share their perspective of the world and the way they see it.
It’s about allowing students to have something they can express to others about being a young person living with a visual impairment.
Here is a list of Fixers who helped me with this Fixers project:
The Royal College for The Blind
The college helped with my Fix by allowing me to work with the visually impaired students.
Hereford College of Arts
My college were fully behind my Fixers project allowing me to work with students from The Royal College for the Blind.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
