When I was younger I saw footage of a professional footballer completing an impressive football trick. It proved to be a short video which would change my life forever.
The idea of doing tricks with a football really appealed to me, so I started practising what I had seen in the video when I had some spare time. Soon I became pretty good, and friends were interested in what I was doing.
I began learning new skills, practising, and performing them. Now I'm a professional football freestyler, and I travel the globe performing my routine to a range of different audiences.
But this all started from one thought. It was just a passion I had, and I followed it with dedication and drive. I had my doubters, but I've proved them wrong.
What I'm doing with Fixers is creating a short film to show that young people can achieve whatever they aim for - all they need is passion and encouragement to do so.
A lot of young people have so many ideas about what they want to do, but they are not always taught to follow these dreams. My message is don't give up and stick with what you love, regardless of what others say or think.
