I’m sensitve to salicylic acid which basically means I can’t eat the majority of fruit and veg.
I don’t think food intolerance is taken seriously a lot of the time and people with them are thought as just being fussy.
That’s why I want to raise awareness of food intolerance and allergies.
Those who are newly diagnosed with food intolerances shouldn't feel like they’re on their own.
Working with Fixers, I want my viral advert campaign to make it easier for those with such food-related conditions, and give others an insight into how serious it can be.
