By the time I was 18-years-old, I had two children.
It is tough being a young mum, and it's made even tougher when people are forming stigmas about you and casting misconceptions about young motherhood.
I teamed up with a group of fellow young mums to produce a poster campaign which challenged some of the stereotypes we have faced.
There were six different poster designs in total, all featuring different young mums with different stereotypes. These were displayed around my town to challenge people's perception of us.
Following our campaign, we were featured on ITV in the Big Fix Live, and went on to receive recognition from celebrity Stacy Solomon.
