Campaign: I set my friends a challenge to go on a night out without drinking.

I’m on a mission to make sober nights out just as popular (if not more!) as drunken nights out. So, are you ready to take the ‘Sober for a Night’ challenge? You might be wondering why I’m bothering to encourage you to scale down your drinking?

 

Well, I decided to change my drinking habits after having too many drunken nights out with friends and forgetting what had happened. Sound familiar? At first it was just the day after that I couldn’t handle (the headaches, sickness, tiredness) but then I started to do a bit of research and I found some pretty scary facts about how dangerous alcohol can be to your body in the long term.

 

Now I'm pretty much tee-total, although I do sometimes have a drink on a special occasion, such as a wedding. But I honestly believe that you can have just as much fun when you’re sober. I even set my group of student friends a challenge to be sober for a whole night!
