My parents always instilled in me to be confident in who I am.

 

I am urging young people to embrace their individuality because we are all unique and have something different to offer.

 

Social media is brilliant but it can reinforce ideals that many young people feel compelled to follow.

 

I am encouraging them not to follow the crowd and instead value themselves for who they really are.
