I have suffered from anxiety and depression from a young age. Last year I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.
My mental health took a big dip after that but I began to get better because of the love and support of my friends.
I’ve seen people struggling at university but being ignored or looked over by their fellow students.
I want students to keep a look-out for vulnerable people in their midst, and approach them to see if they can help.
It might completely change their perspective. It could even save a life.
