I started suffering with anxiety when I was 13-years-old.
My brother is autistic and I would worry about him running off when we went out.
Then my dad died and I was bullied at school.
My Fixers film shows what it is like for people like me when the anxiety takes hold.
I want to help people understand the condition
If you know someone who is anxious, sit with them, talk to them, be patient with them, because eventually it's going to be okay.
