There was a time when I was full of self-doubt and negative emotions.
But I realised that I was using this as an excuse to never push myself and experience life’s opportunities.
After a lot of hesitation I took up boxing. It was one of the best things I've ever done.
Another major turning point was leaving a friendship group which I knew was bad for me. It wasn’t the easiest thing to do but I’m glad I did it in the end.
My advice is just do it – take that first step.
If you find something you really like, you will be happier. I believe success is there to be achieved by anyone - they just need to believe they can get there.
