We all know the effects eating a poor diet can have on our health.
We know the difference between healthy food and unhealthy food.
Yet people living in deprived areas are not given a choice about what food they can and cannot buy.
In our community there is a dot-to-dot of takeaways lining our streets and a high level of food poverty. It's no coincidence.
If we are a generation with lots of choices, why does it sometimes feel like there is only one?
I would like to thank Jacob Kennedy and Savannah Ross for helping me with this fix.
Thank you to the Food Foundation and the Tudor Trust for supporting us with this fix.
Me and my friends want young people to know that calories aren't the enemy!
