I have struggled with my mental health for about six years.
It all started at school, I was quite badly bullied and there was a number of different incidents which led to me not eating and eventually I attempted to take my own life.
I don't want other young people to ever feel as low as I did, I want to make this world a happier place.
Speaking out is the only way you can start to recover, it's important to confide in someone - you never know who else is struggling too.
Please help us share our campaign to make sure people know they are never alone.
