I never knew I struggled with 'mental health' until a group of people visited my school and did a talk about the importance of looking after your mental health.
It was such a relief to know I wasn't the only one feeling this way, this was a turning point for me.
I have since realised how many people keep their issues to themselves and I now want other young people to understand the benefits of speaking out.
