I want to help people understand more about what Coeliac disease is, and the effects that it can have on a person’s health.
People see others avoiding gluten and think that it is part of some trend or fad diet, as oppose to a necessity caused by a serious disease.
Gluten free ranges are becoming more available, but there is still a lot of ignorance around what being a Coeliac means.
My project will make people realise that being a Coeliac isn’t a choice, and something that needs to be addressed by restaurants.
