I’ve struggled with anxiety since the age of 11.
It got really bad when I started secondary school. I didn’t really interact with anybody and just felt stressed all the time.
I was worried about telling anyone because I didn’t want to be singled out or judged, which I think many people feel.
With Fixers, I’ve helped to create an interactive booklet, which offers others who’ve experienced mental health issues the chance to be open about their feelings.
The idea is to reduce the stigma so that people feel comfortable to talk to someone about their issues.
