I feel like there’s still a lot of stigma around mental health. I want to get the message out there that having a mental health condition is nothing to be ashamed of.
We’re in 2018 now, but there are still a lot of people out there who judge and will not accept mental illness for what it is.
You can learn to listen, support, respect and understand every person who struggles with mental health every day. Mental health isn't a choice but supporting it is.
I want to share my film with young people in schools and do workshops with them.
